Older open pollinated variety, with good quality yields, slow bolting, for production during the spring and winter.

A very popular, easy to grow and reliable variety producing an abundance of dark green leaves. Long standing if grown in good, moist soil which is kept watered during dry weather. Ideal for successional sowing to give a longer cropping period. Broad, deep green leaves; ideal for freezing.

You can eat no better vegetable than spinach. Rich In vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, lutein and dietary fibre.
