The most beautiful yellow flower of them all. Pick one and pop it under someone's chin to see if it reflects the gorgeous yellow colour; if it does they like butter! great fun we all had as kids!
This wild flower is commonly seen growing in the UK in lawns (sometimes unwanted) and meadows, it's one of those really cheerful flowers that you can't help but love, as do all the pollinating insects.
Flowers April to October. Will reach 8 - 20" (20 - 50 cm) tall. It is not recommended for growing in fields where animals graze.
