By placing an order on our website you accept the following terms and conditions.
We promise to supply you with healthy, vigorous products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the goods upon receipt, please let us know within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have, by way of replacement or refund. We are only liable for the cost of products as displayed on the website.
Seeds are live products; please handle them accordingly. The performance of the products is subject to growing conditions. If any problem arises during the growing period, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to advise you.
CANCELLATION and refunds and return policy
Refunds and returns policy is as follows. If you are unhappy with the seeds/goods, we will issue a replacement, credit note or a refund upto the value of the seeds/goods purchased. Please note we can not accept responsibility for losses of crops/plants due to weather conditions. Consumers have the right to cancel the contract up to 7 working days from the day after they received the goods. Consumers are entitled to a refund, which must be given within 30 days of the cancellation.
Cancellation. if you wish to cancel please call us or email without delay and if we have not yet posted your order we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
We send our seeds via Royal Mail, please note that with standard delivery it is not a 100% guaranteed next day delivery!
Postage cost is only £1.49 for UK orders and £4.49 for EU orders - Free delivery for all UK orders over £5 and EU orders over £25
We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the EU due to import and export regulations and restrictions.
At Moose Seeds we are committed to quality seeds and service at affordable prices. In order to keep cost down and because we care about the environment, we use only the necessary packaging to ensure that the product arrives safely at your door, and in great condition.
The seeds are packed in resealable polyethylene bags placed inside seed envelopes and will arrive at your door in a padded envelope to ensure that the seeds are protected during the journey. Please note that only basic sowing instructions are included with the seeds. We find that the majority of customers have their own preferred way of sowing and growing seeds. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
At peak times it can take longer to process your order . If you have any concerns, before or upon receipt, please contact us to resolve any issues you may have with your order. Our aim is customer satisfaction; we always work hard to provide you with a speedy, quality service.
The goods are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all listed products are held in stock. In the unlikely event that we cannot immediately supply you with a particular product, we will either refund you, offer advice about suitable substitutes, or supply you with your original choice as soon as it becomes available.

In regards to prospective employment with moose seeds, by applying for any vacancy through the various channels, you agree to the processing of your personal data that is required in order for us to complete the employment process accordingly and thus, agree to this Policy. If you’re unsuccessful in your application to work at moose seeds, we must retain your personal information for 6 months in accordance with UK employer law. After 6 months, we will remove your personal information unless explicitly agreed otherwise. As set out in the ‘Your Rights’ section of this policy, if you wish to correct or request deletion of your information before the 6 month time frame has expired, please contact [email protected] with the relevant request.
